Early Bird Camp 1: Mon-Friday at 5 am starting 2010
Midday Camp: Mon and Wed at 12 noon
Afternoon 1 Camp: Mon and Wed 5 pm
Afternoon 2 Camp: Tues and Thurs 4:45 pm
EVENING/WEEKEND CAMP: Tues and Thurs at 7pm + Sat at 8am

funFIT CAMPS RUN YEAR ROUND FOR 8 WEEKS WITH 2 WEEKS IN BETWEEN.

All latecomers are welcome and pro-rated!

Midday Camp is limited to 5 people 2 days a week and is $15 a session.
$240 for all 8 weeks

Afternoon Camp (unlimited) is 2 days a week and $10 a session.
$160 for all 8 weeks

Evening Weekend (unlimited) is 3 days a week and $10 a session.
$240 for all 8 weeks

Register 2 weeks before camp starts and receive 20%!!! off!!!!

  • You can join any camp any time as long as there is space.
  • The benefit to signing up early is the "Advanced Payment Discount Date"
  • Sessions for different camps are not interchangeable

  • NOTE, we are a private studio available by appointment only, to conserve your time, dropping by is not encouraged!)

TIPS AND FAQ:
  1. You DO NOT have to be in shape to join camp, you are there to GET IN SHAPE!
  2. You will get what you give. We give 110% and expect 110% back.
  3. Eat about an hour prior and drink water with that meal.
  4. Bring water, a towel and a can do attitude!!
  5. Wear comfortable clothes and tennis shoes.
  6. Workouts last around an hour each.
  7. Most people feel some soreness for the first few sessions. After that point, your body WILL adapt and overcome.
  8. Expect quick results - Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your level of effort. It's becoming common to see a camper go down 1-3 dresses sizes within the first month. Remember, everyone is different!


The Buddy Discount:
Bring a friend each each get a discount!
  • Bring a friend for the FULL CAMP and each receive the value of 1 workout from your invoice at sign up! (If the sessions are $10, that is $10 off each persons total invoice at sign up.)
  • Bring a friend as a LATE NEWCOMER (those who join in after things are going), and each get half a workout deducted from your invoices at sign up. (If the sessions are $10, that is $5 off per person.)

In the event your buddy signs up after you have already started, we will happily credit your account for the appropriate amount off your next fit camp purchase your you can transfer it to your friend at sign up and increase their savings!
